ENGINEERING WORKSHOP PRACTICE LAB:

This lab serves as a practical foundation for engineering students, housing essential equipment such as welding machines, grinding machines, hydraulic machines, wooden lathe machines, blacksmithy tools, bending machines, compressors, and more. Through hands-on experience, students gain industry-ready skills in metalworking, shaping, and fabrication, ensuring they are well-prepared for diverse engineering challenges.

       

ENGINEERING MECHANICS LAB:

Equipped with apparatus for studying forces, moments, and mechanical systems, this lab facilitates hands-on learning in engineering mechanics. With tools ranging from crab winches and worm gears to pulley blocks and apparatus for studying beam reactions and deflections, students gain a deep understanding of fundamental mechanical principles, preparing them for real-world applications.

MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING LAB:

This lab features essential machines such as lathes, milling machines, shapers, and CNC machines, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes. By working with these tools, students enhance their skills in precision machining and manufacturing technologies, ensuring their readiness for the modern industrial landscape.

THERMAL ENGINEERING LAB:

In this lab, students explore the principles of thermal engineering through hands-on experimentation with engines, apparatus for heat transfer, and testing equipment. FLUID MECHANICS & HYDRAULIC MACHINERY LAB:

Focused on fluid mechanics and hydraulic machinery, this lab features testing rigs for reciprocating and centrifugal pumps, Venturi meters, and various flow measurement apparatus. Students gain practical insights into fluid dynamics, pipe friction, and hydraulic machinery performance, preparing them for roles in industries related to fluid systems.

MEASUREMENTS & METROLOGY LAB:

Equipped with precision measuring tools such as digital vernier calipers, micrometers, and profile projectors, this lab emphasizes accuracy in measurements and metrology. Students develop skills in dimensional measurement, quality control, and inspection techniques, ensuring their competence in maintaining precision standards in engineering.

MATERIAL TESTING LAB:

This lab provides hands-on experience with machines like torsion testers, Brinell hardness testers, and computerized universal testing machines. CAD/CAM LAB:
